Mission Statement

The mission of the LRC program is to provide students and staff with quality resources, guided access to information and instruction in order to support the curriculum, enhance teaching and foster a lifelong love of reading and learning in all students.

Check Out Policy

Students may check out books at any time during the week. Kindergartners may check out one book at a time, 1st - 5th graders may check out two books at a time. Books are checked out for two weeks and may be renewed. We do not charge fines for overdue materials; however, students are responsible for books that are damaged or lost.

Technology

The LRC has an automated circulation system and has two library catalog computers. There are 32 desktop computers with Internet access in the LRC. Classes also have access to wireless laptops, Chromebooks, LCD projectors, Ladibugs, iPads, iPad minis, FLIP cameras, and digital cameras.
